Everyone deals with conflict and problems differently.  What do you do when the going gets tough?

Freeze, Run, or Fight.  Knowing your style or preference to tackle confrontation will help you understand your outcomes and those of others.  You need to know the source of conflict and process your best options.

When arguing do you use blaming tactics? Nothing good comes of this.  It leaves people hurt and putting up defenses.  Better communications can help, rules to heated conversations help  e.g. Rule 1:  no bringing up past faults or problems.  This rule helps keep the focus on the immediate problem and not get side lined into other issues.
