Testimonials

‘Sally is a great and caring counsellor. She seems to have a lot of experience and listens well. She has done a great deal for our family helping us navigate some tough times. I like that she works out of a separate studio for privacy in a casual setting. I also really like that she has appointment times outside the usual M-F 9-5!’

‘I have been working with Sally for just over 6 months now and it has contributed to changing my life. We have looked at a lot of different areas of my life; addiction, relationships, boundaries and self-esteem. Sally has introduced me to different ways of thinking, practical tools I can put into my life and how to stay present. Yoga, mindfulness, breath work, CBT, affirmation, different literature and having someone to talk to, are just some of the techniques she has helped me with. I have found Sally to be a very easy person to talk to, trustworthy, non-judgmental, authentic and willing to share her experience as well. Since having Sally as a counsellor my life has changed dramatically and for the better; life seems worth living today.

‘Sally is epic. Brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice and approaches wellbeing from a wholistic point of view which was really important for me. She was able to provide specialist help and counselling in the AOD space, and assist with referrals to other local specialists on the coast. Practitioners with lived experience, using an integrative approach to wellness are the best kind of practitioners. Could not recommend more highly.’

I highly recommend Sallys counselling services. She has assisted one daughter with extreme anxiety issues and another with addiction and PTSD. Sally is caring, experienced and knowledgable and her help has been invaluable to us.
