In-person

In face-to-face sessions, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to share what is on your mind. My relational, attachment-informed approach focuses on building trust and exploring your emotions, behaviours, and how you connect with yourself and others, based on a biopsychosocial approach.

I will use talk therapy alongside techniques like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic practices such as breathwork or mindful movement to address challenges holistically.

My goal is to tailor each session to your unique needs, combining evidence-based practices with a holistic approach to support deeper integration and personal growth.
